Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment.
• Minimum of 5 years branch management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts.
• Proven sales ability and branch growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with branch goals and community outreach.
• Coach branch team to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure staff training in sales and service techniques; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee daily operations, approvals, and compliance with bank procedures and policies.
• Manage customer service quality and retention, including handling high-level issues and referrals.
