Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Branch operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of lending experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to deliver high-quality member service.
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve goals and strengthen skills.
• Process loans and help the branch meet loan production goals.
• Balance branch transactions daily and manage cash handling responsibilities.
• Ensure staff are trained in procedures, security, and product knowledge.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and protect assets.
• Uphold policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
