Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in Wisconsin to lead a high-energy service and sales culture across the branch network. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while driving branch performance and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, hiring and training staff, and collaborating with senior management on security and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent financial experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing financial operations.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Experience in managing branch operations and staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Model a high energy, service and sales culture within the branch and credit union.
• Coach, develop and mentor staff.
• Provide leadership to staff to maximize performance.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Hire, train and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Management on security and policy changes.
• Engage with community activities to promote the credit union.
• Build relationships with members to deepen relationships and referrals.
