Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Wisconsin to lead a vibrant team, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and a welcoming branch environment. You will drive growth in deposits and investments, oversee operations, and coach staff to achieve success while upholding our values and risk controls.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of leadership in retail banking or similar.

You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgement, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
