Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, deliver attentive service, and represent the brand with hospitality. You will oversee deposits and investments, operations, and staff coaching to drive growth while upholding policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Desire to lead a culture of hospitality and care.
