Job summary

You will coach staff, manage branch performance, and engage with the local business community while maintaining a strong risk and control environment and adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to travel for training and development.
