Qualifications

• A track record of leadership and coaching within a retail banking or similar setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive branch growth.
• Experience maintaining strong risk and control environments in banking.
• Proven skills in influencing teams and stakeholders to adopt technology solutions.
