Job summary

Centier Bank in Indiana is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise daily operations, manage new accounts and loans, and ensure outstanding service for personal and business clients.

You will coach associates, balance cash operations, and collaborate with other lines of business to deepen customer relationships. A strong focus on leadership and compliance ensures a well-run branch and satisfied clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience; preferably in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales with an emphasis on consumer and business development.
• Client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team and meet sales goals while delivering excellent client experience.
• Manage client accounts and loan processing, and open new accounts for personal/business clients.
• Oversee branch operations, cash handling, balance drawers, and ATM/vault procedures.
• Coach and mentor branch associates and develop their career paths.
• Develop schedules, coordinate branch coverage, and ensure compliance with policies.
