The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years in sales, retail management, or banking. You will work at a U.S. Bank location five days a week and engage in fraud prevention, risk controls, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing them to appropriate products and services in collaboration with partners.
