Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, coach staff, and drive exceptional customer experience. You will oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance while partnering with FNBO teams to deliver financial solutions to the community.

You’ll run weekly huddles, monitor performance, and ensure smooth service on the floor, including teller and banker duties as needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and retail banking leadership are required; the role is onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
• Previous working experience in a retail sales environment.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff around advice and guidance to meet branch goals.
• Manage controllable expenses and staffing to budget.
• Direct branch operations to meet compliance and operational objectives.
• Coordinate business and community development activities.
• Conduct weekly huddles and maintain the branch scorecard.
