Job summary

Truist Wealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, drive performance, coach staff, and develop business with a focus on small business and mass affluent segments. You will ensure compliance and lead human capital decisions while collaborating with IRM and Operations to uphold a One Team culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and community engagement to sustain Truist’s purpose of inspiring and building better lives for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and embody Truist's mission and values.
• Drive branch performance and business development across Small Business and Mass Affluent.
• Lead client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting for growth.
• Engage in civic and community activities to develop new business and Truist brand.
• Lead, coach, and motivate teammates to fulfill goals and values.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Make human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and discipline.
