  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you'll have full accountability for the branch's financial and operational performance. You'll lead daily operations, develop and inspire your team, manage resources, and partner closely with the team to achieve growth and profitability goals.

You’ll play a critical role in creating a safe, efficient, customer-focused operation that consistently delivers results.

  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring employees follow company policies, established procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
  • Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and customer-focused facility.
Build & Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve individual, team, and branch objectives.
  • Recruit and retain talent while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize outstanding contributions.
  • Identify opportunities to develop future leaders and strengthen the overall capabilities of the team.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating SBP's Core Values through everyday actions and decisions.
Partner with Sales to Drive Business Growth
