Qualifications

• 4+ years of lumber distribution experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree; previous lumber experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales department at a branch and establish priorities to meet goals.
• Develop local pricing strategies and manage the local price book.
• Provide leadership to OSRs to grow margin and salesmanship.
• Ensure customer relationships including returns, credits and satisfaction.
