U.S. LUMBER in Otsego, MN is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive branch profitability. You will own the branch P&L, manage inventory and logistics, and partner with sales to exceed service goals.

This leadership role demands a hands-on, safety‑minded approach, strong communication, and a track record of improving processes. You’ll recruit and mentor staff, set performance targets, and ensure reliable, on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in branch management, distribution operations, or a related management role.
• Experience managing budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance; P&L accountability preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of branch P&L performance, including profitability, operating expenses, productivity, and financial results.
• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including warehouse and yard activities, inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and logistics.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve individual, team, and branch objectives.
