Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to make a positive difference in the community through service or leadership.
• 1–2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Commitment to career advancement, with a history of taking on new challenges and continuous learning.
• Experience guiding clients or stakeholders through processes, providing support and advice.
• Ability to support and contribute to the growth of team members, fostering collaboration.
• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Branch Growth: Implement marketing plans, build business relationships, and manage daily operations to meet goals.
• Lead Loan Processes: Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Address Delinquency: Proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency.
• Be a Hands-On Leader: Set the standard for customer service and sales of financial solutions.
• Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, and develop staff for growth and excellence.
• Manage Performance: Conduct evaluations and coordinate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
• Ensure Efficient Operations: Handle scheduling, payroll, and expenses for smooth branch operations.
