Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Manager for the Warminster, PA location. You will lead branch performance, grow revenue, and deliver a differentiated customer experience across an omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related branch operations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Notary Public in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
• Leads, plans and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
• Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience.
• Drives the employee experience through onboarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
• Manages risk, regulatory compliance and operational controls.
