Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service, and branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Set goals for branch marketing, operations, and sales.
• Maintain security controls and respond to incidents.
• Coach staff to sell and promote bank products.
• Develop knowledge of all products and services and stay informed about competitors.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners.
• Lead staff meetings and manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required training.
