• Exercises executive and administrative control over branch sales and operations.
• Establishes goals for branch marketing, operations and sales efforts.
• Ensures branch compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coaches and develops staff to sell and promote bank products and services.
• Maintains knowledge of the bank's products and services and competitive offerings.
• Contacts customers to retain and expand banking relationships.
