Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years banking experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Working knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and retail banking products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
• Provide prompt, professional, personalized service and nurture customer relationships.
• Support growth through referrals and collaboration with banking partners and community engagement.
