Rio Bank’s Marble Falls Banking Center is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team, enhance the customer experience, and uphold Rio Bank’s community-focused values. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance while growing customer relationships.

The role requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of branch operations, and a commitment to service excellence within a community bank environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years banking experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Working knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and retail banking products.

As a Branch Manager, you'll serve as the leader of the banking center, responsible for inspiring your team, ensuring operational excellence, supporting customer relationship growth, and reinforcing the culture and values that make Rio Bank unique. What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Coach, develop, and inspire branch employees to deliver strong service and performance.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, train, recognize, and develop employees to support individual and branch success.
• Lead daily branch activities and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Provide prompt, professional, and personalized service.
• Build customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-through.
• Help customers identify solutions that meet their financial needs.
• Resolve concerns and escalations with professionalism and care.
• Assist with account opening, relationship management, and retention efforts as needed.

Support Growth & Community Engagement

• Grow relationships through referrals and collaboration with Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Private Banking, and other partners.
• Represent Rio Bank through community networking, civic involvement, and relationship-building.
• Support customer relationship growth and the Bank’s overall growth objectives.

Oversee Branch Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily branch operations with accuracy, efficiency, and strong service.
• Maintain operational controls, security practices, and documentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote risk awareness, fraud prevention, and accountability.
• Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of banking experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Working knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and retail banking products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Previous branch management experience.
• Bilingual communication skills based on market needs.
