Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field required.
• Five years of financial experience and three years in branch operations.
• Five years of management experience with subordinate staff supervision.
• FiCEP CCUFC certification must be obtained within twelve months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Strategically recruit, coach and develop a dedicated branch team.
• Foster a work culture that emphasizes strong work ethic and production goals.
• Lead marketing and outreach activities with local events and promotions.
• Align omnichannel vision and strategy with organizational goals.
• Set objectives, delegate, coach, and conduct regular team meetings / huddles.
• Review branch performance and implement improvement plans.
• Develop and implement branch policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
• Maintain communication with management on major issues and daily needs.
• Enhance member experience and overall service satisfaction.
• Oversee member interactions and promote cross-selling; act as brand ambassador.
