Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate and/or bachelor's degree related to business/finance preferred.
• Retail Banking Supervisor checklist completed (internal) or in progress; required.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking center team, service, sales, and operations.
• Provide training on bank policies, products, and procedures.
• Foster customer-focused environment and community engagement.
• Lead weekly department meetings and communicate directives.
• Ensure audits and monthly reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain security procedures and protect customer information.
• Open and maintain customer accounts; balance teller drawers as needed.
• Support management in setting and achieving banking center goals.
