Job summary

First Interstate seeks a Community Branch Manager in Omaha, NE to lead a branch with deposits up to $100MM and deliver outstanding client service. You will develop client relationships using a full suite of banking services, focusing on customer experience and compliant sales practices.

The role emphasizes growth goals, operational efficiency, and development of branch staff, with responsibilities across lending, deposits, and risk management, ensuring adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years experience in banking, including supervision or management.
• Consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated financial services and refer clients to appropriate department.
• Manage branch P&L, performance, and compliance with policies.
• Coach and develop branch employees and monitor performance dashboards.
• Foster community relations and cross-sell across banking lines.
