Qualifications

• Two years experience in a financial institution.
• Good written, verbal and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS licensing for real estate loan production.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures branch is opened and closed and complies with security policies.
• Supervises vault operations and procedures.
• Coaches and develops branch team for performance.
• Promotes CSB as a full-service community-focused bank through networking and local engagement.
• Ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.
• Directs staff to provide prompt, accurate and dependable customer service.
• Establishes internal performance objectives for branch business volume.
• Handles customer problems and complaints and assists customers with special needs.
• Maintains professional business atmosphere in the branch.
• Reviews staff performance and coordinates training.
