Job summary

Truist Wealth in Florida seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive growth and ensure risk controls. You will coach staff, manage hiring and performance, and advance client relationships through Small Business and Mass Affluent strategies.

Collaborating with IRM and Operations, you’ll promote Truist’s One Team culture while safeguarding procedures and ethics. This role requires leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services or related experience, including branch operations.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch teammates to drive performance and customer service.
• Develop new business in Small Business, Mass Affluent, IRM partnerships.
• Drive branch revenue through client appointments, outbound calls and prospecting.
• Engage in civic and business groups to prospect and build the Truist Brand.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, controls and risk management policies.
• Oversee human capital decisions: hiring, reviews, scheduling, development.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to promote One Team culture.
