The role includes coaching staff, training, hiring, reporting, and cross‑department collaboration to meet objectives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day branch operations and ensures staff follow policies and regulations.
• Oversees department training for current and new employees; coordinates cross‑department training.
• Coaches and motivates staff to achieve sales, service, production, and efficiency goals.
• Prepares, reviews and submits standard reports; monitors performance and service efficiencies.
• Represents the branch with members, schools/groups, community events, suppliers, and other financial institutions; on-boards new memberships.
• Responsible for hiring, performance assessment, coaching and development of staff in line with HR policies.
• Identifies gaps and collaborates on procedures to improve effectiveness, service levels and productivity.
• Performs other branch-related duties and maintains knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
