Job summary

Union Bank of VT & NH is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Branch Supervisor for the Morrisville Plaza Branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive customer experience and growth.

In the absence of the Branch Manager, you will run the branch, manage teller/platform operations, and handle escalations. Applicants should have strong customer service skills, at least 3 years of banking experience, cross-selling ability, and knowledge of deposit products,

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complex transactions.
Minimum of 3 years of banking experience preferred.
Demonstrated cross-selling skills to meet customer needs.
Keep up to date with deposit products, services, regulations and bank procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software is expected.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance.
Perform the full array of Vault and Teller duties.
Lead branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager and support staff development.
Drive branch leadership, community and business development initiatives.
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations.
