Job summary

Union Bank of VT/ NH seeks a full-time Branch Supervisor for the Morrisville Plaza Branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive customer experience and growth while providing excellent service to our community.

In the absence of the Branch Manager, you will run the branch, manage teller and platform duties, and promote our bank products. Benefits include strong PTO and healthcare offerings.

We are seeking:

A motivated and experience full-time Branch Supervisor in our Morrisville Plaza Branch. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for the full array of retail banking services offered within your assigned branch. This is a branch leadership position, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and driving customer experience and growth objectives. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor must run the branch, manage teller and platform operations, and handle customer escalations. Possess a thorough knowledge of Bank products and services, cross selling as appropriate to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

1. A demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
2. Minimum of 3 years of banking experience preferred
3. Responsible for performing basic Branch Manager duties when needed.
4. Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
5. Mathematical and computer aptitude.
6. Responsible for keeping up to date with all deposit products and services.
7. Completion of Principles of Banking course suggested.
8. Responsible for keeping up to date with applicable regulations and bank procedures.
9. Software Utilized: Microsoft Office, Silverlake, Silverlake Teller, ArgoKeys, Xperience and Synergy.

Pay Range: $22.00- $26.00
