Job summary

Union Bank of VT & NH is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Branch Supervisor for the Morrisville Plaza Branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive customer experience and growth.

In the absence of the Branch Manager, you will run the branch, manage teller/platform operations, and handle escalations. Applicants should have strong customer service skills, at least 3 years of banking experience, cross-selling ability, and knowledge of deposit products,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complex transactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills to meet customer needs.
• Keep up to date with deposit products, services, regulations and bank procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance.
• Perform the full array of Vault and Teller duties.
• Lead branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager and support staff development.
• Drive branch leadership, community and business development initiatives.

We Are Seeking

A motivated and experience full-time Branch Supervisor in our Morrisville Plaza Branch. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for the full array of retail banking services offered within your assigned branch. This is a branch leadership position, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and driving customer experience and growth objectives. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor must run the branch, manage teller and platform operations, and handle customer escalations. Possess a thorough knowledge of Bank products and services, cross selling as appropriate to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

• A demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience preferred
• Responsible for performing basic Branch Manager duties when needed.
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
• Mathematical and computer aptitude.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with all deposit products and services.
• Completion of Principles of Banking course suggested.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with applicable regulations and bank procedures.
