• Develop and execute integrated sales and relationship strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening client relationships and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and deliver customer service.
• Plan staffing and set expectations to achieve business goals.
• Drive outbound sales activities and community partnerships.
• Lead hiring process and coordinate performance management and evaluations.
• Assist in budgeting and policy formulation.
