Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and coaches other tellers in-person.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions and accuracy in an in-branch setting.
• Identifies and resolves more complex client servicing issues.
• Listens for financial wellness opportunities and transitions clients to a Banker.
• Supports onboarding and training of new Tellers and manages scheduling.
• Adheres to compliance, audit, and security procedures, balances cash drawer.
• Oversees branch operations, guides staff on procedures, and maintains product knowledge.
• Works Saturdays as directed and performs other duties as assigned.
