Job summary

Williamstown Bank is seeking an IT & Operational Support professional to provide hands-on, branch-based technical, operational, and security support across all bank locations. The role covers ITMs, IT systems, end-user devices, and banking applications, while coordinating with vendors and assisting ISO functions.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branches to provide on-site ITM operations and staff support.
• Assist branch teams with deposits, balancing ITMs, and daily settlements.
• Replenish ITM cash, consumables, and supplies per security procedures.
• Troubleshoot ITM issues and coordinate service calls with vendors/IT.
• Provide on-site and remote support for ITMs, ATMs, and teller technology.
• Support branch staff with ITM functionality questions and operational best practices.
• Monitor ITM uptime and logs; implement improvements for customer experience.
• Serve as a first-line IT helpdesk responder for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document support activities and resolutions to improve IT processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for problem resolution.
