Capital One is hiring a Branch Ambassador for Eastern Maryland. You’ll be the face of hospitality in a fast-paced, tech-savvy banking space, guiding customers through digital tools while delivering personalized service.

You’ll educate clients on mobile banking and payments, handle high-volume transactions with accuracy, and help customers reach their financial goals in a human-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy—execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge—educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant—listen, identify needs, and pair customers with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead—greet customers, balance efficiency with warmth, and ensure customers never feel like a number.
