Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify client needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and balance efficiency with hospitality in a fast-paced environment
