Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience in Retail Banking.
• Experience with core banking systems and system conversions.
• Solid track record in business development within banking/credit union.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive member growth through business development activities and branch targets.
• Recruit, develop, and coach branch staff to foster a high-energy team culture.
• Lead banking system upgrade projects, including readiness, testing, and staff training.
• Bridge retail and member service teams to streamline operations and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand member relationships.
