Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience in Retail Banking.
• Experience with modern core banking systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by delivering exceptional member experiences and meeting branch targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to foster a high-energy team culture.
• Lead strategic projects, including banking system upgrades and staff training.
• Bridge retail and member-service teams to streamline operations and processes.
