Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers; refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify and present sales and service opportunities using available tools.
• Keep the team informed on products, services, technology and policies.
• Be actively involved in the community and build business relationships.
• Foster internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
• Oversee recruitment to ensure market is staffed with Huntington culture-aligned colleagues.
• Ensure resources are available to support the team.
• Oversee branch operations, risk controls and compliance with policies.
• Understand branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
• Demonstrate banking, investments, lending, and sales leadership knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
