Job summary

Truist in Kentucky seeks an experienced Branch Leader to drive performance, coach a team, and grow small business and IRM partnerships. You will manage hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and ensure compliance with bank procedures.

You will lead a team, foster community engagement, and maintain Truist's purpose and values while delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients in the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and instill Truist's mission and values.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business and IRM partnerships.
• Lead and coach teammates, manage performance and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls and risk management.
