Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or BA and banking experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales/Branch supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems and read English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading the branch to achieve sales goals.
• Supervise staff in daily tasks and performance.
• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially.
• Process loan applications within lending authority.
• Maintain branch security and audit procedures.
