Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Houston seeks an experienced Financial Center Manager to oversee branch operations, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain compliant practices across the market.

You will recruit and develop staff, foster an inclusive culture, collaborate with business lines, and lead community engagement efforts. A finance/business degree and proven banking leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience with at least 3 years in a supervision role.
• Excellent knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service and sales.
• Deep knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong financial acumen including Business Banking and Credit Solutions.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with time management.
• Excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to establish strategic goals and positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Recruit, retain and train all team members and develop the Assistant FC Manager.
• Foster an inclusive financial center culture enabling team members to thrive.
• Coordinate CRA and Community Engagement activities within the core market.
• Oversee Branch Small Business Activity to drive new business and deepen relationships.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate lines of business.
• Maintain a trained team and provide guidance and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate operational issues including automation and workflow integrity.
• Grow branch profitability through ethical sales and partner support.
• Assist Commercial, Private Wealth and Treasury with client calls.
• Perform teller and banker functions as needed; ensure onboarding with partners.
• Lead community outreach events and increase bank visibility.
• Maintain security and protect employees and assets; manage budget.
• Interview and hire qualified candidates when vacancies arise.
