Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Branch Leader to help the Burley branch operate smoothly and coach staff toward achieving branch goals. You will build strong member relationships and promote ICCU’s service standards while supporting community involvement.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate daily operations and sound lending decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Minimum of one year branch team member experience.
• Mortgage certification required.
• Business account certification required.
• Signature guarantee/medallion stamp certification, notary public.
• Ability to supervise branch personnel and coordinate with Administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager to operate the branch effectively.
• Coach staff and maintain business relations with members.
• Ensure experiences meet Eagle Service Standards.
• Develop and coach branch personnel to meet goals.
• Lead community service and business development activities.
• Ensure branch operations run accurately and compliantly.
