Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees and hold them accountable
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy compliance
