Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leadership, coaching, and business development while ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk policies.

The role oversees human capital decisions, collaborates with IRM and Operations, and aims to grow revenue with Small Business and Mass Affluent clients, while promoting the Truist brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment and applicable NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development to achieve team and individual performance.
• Grow branch revenue via Small Business and Mass Affluent client strategies.
• Engage in civic and community groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead and coach branch teammates to fulfill the Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and One Team culture.
• Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
