Job summary

The Mersino is seeking a Branch Manager in Conyers, GA to oversee Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Administrative functions, driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional client service and adhering to The Mersino Way.

You will coach staff, manage billing and AR, coordinate with SSG, visit jobsites, and maintain equipment accountability to prevent losses, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years managing construction projects and teams.
• Experience budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints or technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Admin functions to meet branch goals and profitability.
• Ensure responsive customer service and timely communications across teams.
• Direct assignments and performance of personnel, giving feedback and enforcing standards.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting with customers and supporting sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and AR processes are in place.
• Visit jobsites to coach crews, ensure productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with Support Services Group to maintain open lines of communication.
• Monitor safety and protect EMR by prioritizing health and compliance.
