Job summary
Purvis Industries, LLC. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee all branch operations, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.
The candidate will implement strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales targets, while coordinating with regional management and suppliers for optimal branch performance. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong market and financial acumen, and a track record in growing branch revenue and margins.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising staff in a distribution/branch environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage P&L and drive branch profitability.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Assess local market conditions and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.
- Hire, train and supervise sales staff.
- Manage and grow existing distribution accounts from an operations level.
- Increase knowledge of products and management/finance disciplines.
- Collaborate with area suppliers’ sales directors and manufacturers’ reps.
