Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position preferred; three years progressive experience preferred.
• Product and application experience required; experience monitoring the marketplace and identifying business opportunities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess local market conditions and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.
• Recommend changes to branch and organizational policies and goals as appropriate.
• Assist Regional/Branch Manager in developing branch objectives.
• Address customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally.
• Support credit policy extension and enforcement and profitability goals.
