Purvis Industries, a long‑standing industrial distributor, seeks a Branch Sales/Manager to drive local market opportunities, forecast growth, and align branch objectives with corporate goals. You will lead cross‑functional teams, foster customer relationships, and manage profitability while upholding compliance.

The role requires strengthening sales, managing accounts, and collaborating with suppliers to improve margins in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).
• Experience: 1+ year in a similar position; 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and develop forecasts and plans for the branch.
• Recommend policy changes and assist leadership in objectives.
• Improve customer satisfaction and enforce credit policies as needed.
• Manage profitability goals and market share objectives.
• Grow distribution accounts and analyze data for trends.
• Create and implement programs to drive sales and margins.
• Coordinate with area suppliers and sales teams; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with management on operations and strategic initiatives.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
