1st Franklin Financial Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in North Charleston, SC. The role collaborates with the Branch Manager to drive customer-centric service and branch results, leveraging interpersonal skills and product knowledge.

The ABM will oversee loans, staff scheduling, and customer interactions, aiming to sustain growth, reduce delinquencies, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining exceptional service standards at the branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• On-site at the branch office is essential (home work not permitted)
• Travel, including overnight travel, is required
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth and profitability goals are met
• Manages all loans including approval of customer loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate
• Delegates daily assignments of solicitation to new and existing customers
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service
• Ensures timely and efficient communication to all Branch employees
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations
