Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch office work is essential; working from home is not allowed.
• 1–2 years experience in financial services dealing with customers and staff management.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and ensures branch growth and profitability goals are met.
• Manages loans including approvals and contracts within delegated authority.
• Maintains delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as needed.
• Oversees hiring, supervision, and salary administration.
• Ensures outstanding customer service and timely internal communication.
