Qualifications

• Experience leading branch teams and driving revenue and customer loyalty is preferred.
• Familiarity with omni-channel banking and risk awareness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support branch performance through coaching, onboarding and development of team members.
• Provide solutions to improve client financial well‑being and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Achieve sales targets and grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth.
• Lead the employee experience, coaching and performance management of staff.
